Gardien Services USA is announcing their new product line for 2011. The company is currently offering 3 flying probe testers and one scanning machine, which works in conjunction with any of the 3 flying probe testers.
Our high end machine, the Ultim8 MFP4800, is ideal for high density product environments that also require quick throughput, with a test speed of up to 5,000 test points per minute (tpm). Our middle range machine, the Loc8 Evolution 2, which replaces the older Loc8, is an affordable alternative that can test the majority of product currently being manufactured, and has a test speed of up to 4,000 tpm. Lastly, the Loc8 Light, an extremely affordable machine, is an upgraded Speedy 580/588, with a test speed of up to 3,000 tpm. With the Loc8 Light, customers can quickly realize a solid increase in throughput with minimal investment.
Lastly, the Acceler8, a scanner machine that works with any of our modern flying probe testers, is ideal for high volume environments that need quick turnaround, while eliminating most, if not all, of the need for costly fixturing investment. There are currently 6 Acceler8 machines installed in customer locations in North America, as well as in several of our test centers.
